The one of a kind fabric that constitutes each Client requires a unique weaving of personnel to complement that unique personality. Yankee Security has carefully culled and selected the very best candidates for placement at each site with this very thinking in mind.
This formulates the foundation of Yankee’s operational philosophy - the premise that every Client is different. Subsequently each approach towards a Client must be carefully considered to match the individual needs of that Client.
The selection process for each candidate assigned to a new Client is one that starts and ends at the uppermost levels of management; including an established check and balance Selection Committee. All members of the Selection Committee, consisting of the Director of Personnel, Director of Operations, and President must be in full accord before further processing is initiated.
